good food, drinks, and atmosphere, gambling galore, and plenty of space, never a long wait, friendly wait staff

It was good. Very good. I would like a more comfortable chair. The food was great.

I dined here two or three years ago when I came to visit good friends in Sterling. They introduced to Barber's Crossing. Before I committed to another trip to visit I made my friends promise to feed me lobster at least twice while I'm here. We plan to return to Barber's Crossing tomorrow night and Friday night. Food was very good and we really liked our wait person Hailey. Can hardly wait for dinner tomorrow!

We dined in the bar area last Saturday evening around 7pm. There was one other party of 3 at the bar. The restaurant staff which included the bartender , waitress and bar manager (who was off the clock and enjoying a few drinks ) did nothing but complain about their coworkers. The bartender was the most vocal stating the cook often messed up customers orders and was upset that as a 10 yr employee , he was expected to pay for cheese with his own meals. Once the party of 3 next to us left , the bartender boasted how that party was a good tipper and the only reason he was nice to them was for the money. The bar manager stated she was surprised when her meal came out as ordered as that was not typical. While our meal was fast and tasty , the atmosphere was not one that made for an enjoyable night out. If the staff complains in a constant manner and a manager encourages it , you have to wonder why these employees work here and why upper management isn’t more involved in knowing how their staff represents their establishment. I would be embarrassed to have these employees working for me.

Good food, reasonable prices! Down stairs has a relaxing pub atmosphere!
