She was able to sell my condo very quickly, which surprised me, and showed me about 10 houses until I found the perfect one for myself and my family!!! I had no doubt she would be able to find exactly what I needed and wanted, and she did!!! She made the whole process much less painless than I thought it might be. She did all the necessary communication with the lawyer and the condo association to get all the paperwork in place. Karen works hard, is very professional, and always kept me in the loop. Lauren accurately appraised the property,described the process to us,and seamlessly worked with our attorney and the buyer's agent. After a couple of open houses and a few individual showings, we sold in about 60 days.
We worked with her in as the buyer's agent and unfortunately our deal did not work out, as there were a myriad of issues. She helped us navigate it all from financials (when the lenders were trying to milk us for extra money, Lauren brought it to our attention) to lawyers, who didn't care about our best interest. Lauren had to step in and advocate for our rights. I will go out on a limb and say we had one of the worst buying experiences in the world, but Lauren was the silver lining. Prior to working with Lauren, I will honestly say I didn't understand the purpose of having an realtor, but now I know a good realtor is your best friend! They will advise you when things just don't seem right, and help you find viable solutions. Yes, they find your dream home, but there is so much more to the process and it is essential to have a trusted allied in the process, as many in the field from lenders to lawyers are not valuing a client relationship, but only the bottomline. This is when a realtor can help you discover the ones in the field that are trustworthy and honest. Lauren has an incredible team and they are all able to navigate any real estate transaction.
