Awful. I make deposits here through work several times a week. Now I only use the night drop rather than going inside, I just couldn't take it anymore. The amount of time it would take just to make a deposit was ridiculous. The tellers are very nice, but last several times I went there was one teller working and a line of people while the two useless managers did nothing to help. I asked the teller why they don't help out when it gets busy and she said they couldn't help because they hadn't been trained to do so. One of them is always back there and just stands and watches. You'd think he would have learned with all the watching he does! A good manager should be able to cover any position and step in when it gets busy. There are some smaller credit unions in Sterling, one of which I go to (LCU). I would recommend any of them over Santander.
