High traffic drive thru results in order confusion/mixup one in three times. If you get there early the selection is good, but popular items go fast. This is the only Dunkin in the area so go here if you need coffee but always ask for a receipt and check the bag before leaving.
Nothing wrong with this specific location. My opinion DD had fashioned itself as a sandwich shop with the pricing structure and is relying on customer loyalty to pay the bill. Good time for current competition to increase ongoing effort to take away some of that customer base.
Waited 10 minutes for a egg white with viggies on flatbread. Cashier charged me for it but never had it made. There were about 12 Flys flying around landing on found n customers.

Shift leader Shana is ignorant to not only customers but to employees as well. Refused to make order how I wanted. Also laughed when asked for her managers name and number so I had to find out on Google
